Shipping

Customers pay the tracked shipping charge displayed at checkout. Cards are packaged with protective materials and sent to the shipping address supplied during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order is processed and are not guarantees.

Order issues

Contact deckguyzrepacks@gmail.com promptly if an order arrives damaged, tracking shows a problem, or the wrong item is received. Include the order number and clear photographs when applicable.

Refunds and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the virtual pack is opened. After a card has been revealed, the product has been allocated to the customer and change-of-mind cancellations are generally unavailable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
